Irish Community Care is a voluntary organisation which was founded in 1986 by members of the Manchester Irish Community. The organisation has evolved from its humble beginnings, based in St Lawrences Presbytery sharing the Church telephone, to its current position of 2 offices employing 7 staff and facilitating over 90 volunteers.

Francis House offers the families of very sick children a respite from their role as carers and gives the children a loving home from home.

St Anns Hospice aims to improve the quality of life of people living with life-threatening illnesses, mainly cancer, in Greater Manchester.

Christie's is the charity which raises funds for the Christie Hospital - One of the leading cancer treatment centres in Europe.
